Unisa Yogya HR Bureau Holds Orientation for New Employees

The Bureau of Human Resources (HR) of Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta held the employee orientation activity for 2019-2021 on Friday (Jan/07).

About 28 employees participated in the orientation, including lecturers and educators from Unisa Yogyakarta. Muhamad Salisul Khakim, S.IP., M.Sc as the Head of the HR Bureau Unisa Yogyakarta, explained that the purpose of this meeting was to prepare mentally for new employees to face the transition from an educational environment to the job market.

“Besides that, it removes psychological barriers in entering a new environment and getting to know the new scope of work completely,” said Salis. Vice Chancellor 2nd of Unisa Yogyakarta Yuli Isnaeni, S.Kp., M.Kep., Sp.Kom., in his speech, said that this activity was part of HR management, to understand the vision and mission of Unisa Yogyakarta so that employees would get references in their work afterward.
