Yogyakarta, August 17, 2024 – In the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the 79th birthday of the Republic of Indonesia, Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta held an event called \u201cSemarak Kemerdekaan di Unisa (SEMERU) 2024\u201d. The event, which took place lively on Friday (16\/8), was not only a celebration, but also an important moment for all UNISA employees to maintain health and strengthen ties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Various interesting activities were presented in the SEMERU 2024 event. Starting from sports competitions that test dexterity and stamina, to traditional games that can evoke nostalgia and intimacy. However, the main highlight was the Integrated Development Post (Posbindu) which provided free health check-up services for all employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posbindu: A Real Step to Keep Employees Healthy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vice Rector IV for Cooperation and International Affairs of UNISA Yogyakarta, M. Ali Imron, S.Sos., M.Fis, in his speech said that health is a valuable asset that needs to be maintained. \u201cWith a healthy body, we can work optimally and contribute better to the institution,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posbindu, which is held regularly every four months, is a form of UNISA’s concern for the welfare of its workers. Through regular health checks, it is expected to detect various diseases early and prevent complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Spirit of Togetherness Builds Kinship<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Posbindu, various competitions are also held to strengthen the relationship between employees. These competitions not only sharpen individual skills, but also encourage the spirit of teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe SEMERU 2024 event is a tangible manifestation of the values of togetherness that we uphold,\u201d added Imron. \u201cBy supporting each other and working together, we can create a harmonious and productive work environment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the organization of the 2024 Independence Day event, UNISA Yogyakarta shows its commitment in realizing a healthy and productive campus. By combining the spirit of independence, health activities, and togetherness, UNISA hopes to inspire other educational institutions to participate in maintaining the health and welfare of their workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
