Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta has once again raised Indonesia’s name in the international arena. This time, UNISA was trusted to host the 12th Asia Physical Therapy Student Association (APTSA) Congress. The prestigious event, which was attended by physiotherapy students from 11 Asian countries, took place on August 17-18, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 12th APTSA Congress raised the theme \u201cDevelopment of Physiotherapy Treatment Approaches in Low Back Pain\u201d. The selection of this theme is in line with the high prevalence of low back pain in the community. Through this congress, it is hoped that closer collaboration can be established between physiotherapy students from various countries to jointly find the best solution to overcome this health problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Webinar: An Exchange of Knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a series of events, the 12th APTSA Congress also organized a hybrid international webinar. This webinar featured leading physiotherapists, both from within and outside the country. Some of the interesting topics discussed in this webinar include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
