Three students of Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta<\/a>, namely Lukmanul Hakim, Feerousah Muzakka Abdillah, and Bani Iksan, became delegates at the international Ahmad Dahlan International Youth Camp (ADIYC) 2024. The three students from the Physiotherapy and Midwifery study programs were selected as representatives of UNISA Yogyakarta in the prestigious event held at Dewi Tinala Camping Ground, Kulonprogo<\/a>, on October 3-5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Event<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For three full days, participants from various countries discussed and exchanged ideas on global issues facing the younger generation. The three UNISA students not only actively participated in the discussions, but also managed to establish relationships with participants from other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe experience of participating in ADIYC was very valuable,\u201d said Bani Iksan. \u201cI made many new friends and gained great insight into global issues. This will be very useful for me in developing myself,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similar to Bani, Lukmanul Hakim also felt challenged by the discussions that took place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis event opened my eyes to the importance of intergenerational dialog to find solutions to complex problems,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feerousah Muzakka Abdillah hopes that UNISA Yogyakarta can organize similar events more often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI hope UNISA can facilitate more activities that involve students in intergenerational discussions, both on a local and international scale,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head of the Bureau of Student Affairs and Alumni (BKA) of UNISA Yogyakarta, Yekti Satriyandari, expressed her pride for the achievements of the three students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTheir success proves that UNISA students have extraordinary potential and are able to compete at the international level,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yekti added that UNISA Yogyakarta will continue to support outstanding students and provide opportunities for them to develop themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are committed to creating a conducive environment for students so that they can achieve their best,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
