The UNISA Yogyakarta Student Choir made another proud achievement by winning three gold medals at the 4th International Bandung Choral Festival.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Melody of ‘Aisyiyah Voice (AVO), the student choir of Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta (UNISA), once again made UNISA proud in the international arena. In the 4th International Bandung Choral Festival (IBCF) 2024 which took place from October 17 – 20, 2024, AVO won three gold medals at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This brilliant achievement was achieved by AVO in the Mixed Choir, Sacra, and Folksong categories. This victory is the fruit of hard work and high dedication of all choir members who have been practicing intensively for the past six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IBCF 2024 is a prestigious choir festival attended by more than 50 participants from various countries. This event is not only a competition, but also a place for young musicians to exchange ideas and experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than Just Achievement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Head of the Bureau of Student Affairs and Alumni (BKA) of UNISA Yogyakarta, Yekti Satriyandari, S.ST, M.Kes, AVO’s achievements are very proud of the academic community at UNISA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis achievement proves that UNISA students have extraordinary potential in the arts, especially choir,\u201d said Yekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yekti added that UNISA will continue to support the development of students’ talents and interests in various fields, including art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe hope that this achievement can be a motivation for other students to continue to work and make the alma mater proud,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
