Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta won the Bronze Winner award in the Public Relations Indonesia Awards (PRIA) 2025 for the Crisis Management category, subcategory Crisis and Post-Crisis. This prestigious award was given at the One Decade PR Indonesia Awards 2025 event held at Graha Pos Indonesia, Bandung, on Wednesday (26\/02).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This award is a clear proof of UNISA Yogyakarta’s ability to manage public communication, especially in dealing with crisis situations. Sinta Maharani, S.Sos., M.I.Kom., Head of Public Relations and Protocol of UNISA Yogyakarta, expressed her gratitude and pride for the achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis award is a form of recognition for the hard work and dedication of the UNISA Yogyakarta Public Relations team in responding and managing crises quickly and accurately,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the era of fast-paced information, crisis management is a crucial aspect for every institution, including universities. Sinta Maharani emphasized that crises can arise at any time and without prediction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs public relations practitioners, we are required to always be alert and responsive in facing various challenges that have the potential to damage the institution’s reputation,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNISA Yogyakarta implements a transparent, accurate and professional communication strategy in every crisis handling. The main focus is on restoring reputation and maintaining public trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe believe that effective communication in crisis situations is the key to maintaining public trust in our institution,\u201d added Sinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bronze Winner award is not only an achievement, but also a motivation for UNISA Yogyakarta to continue improving its crisis management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
