As a token of the highest appreciation for its employees\u2019 loyalty, UNISA Yogyakarta sent nine of its employees on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land on Tuesday (October 28, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This prestigious reward was not given without reason. These nine employees, comprising both faculty members and educational staff, have proven their loyalty and full dedication to advancing UNISA Yogyakarta over the past 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UNISA Employee Umrah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This employee welfare program is one of the flagship initiatives of the Human Resources Development Bureau (BPSDM) at UNISA Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Head of BPSDM UNISA Yogyakarta, Muhamad Salisul Khakim, S.IP., M.Sc, emphasized that this award has two noble and interrelated objectives: spirituality and loyalty. According to him, this is a long-term investment by the university in its human resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe primary objective of this Umrah award is to strengthen the faith and piety toward Allah SWT among lecturers and educational staff at UNISA Yogyakarta,\u201d said Salis when asked for confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that the program was also strategically designed to strengthen the emotional bond between employees and the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn addition to enhancing piety, this program certainly aims to boost and strengthen loyalty among employees who have dedicated their time and energy,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative by UNISA Yogyakarta has garnered appreciation as it is viewed as a form of recognition that holds not only material value but also profound spiritual significance.
