As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, Muslims around the world are preparing to fast. However, for many people, maintaining the spirit and strength to fast can be a challenge. To help Muslims face these challenges, here are some tips that can help you to fast through Ramadan with strength and vigor:

  • Mental and Physical Preparation:

Before entering the month of Ramadan, it is important to make mental and physical preparations. Start by organizing your diet and sleep regularly so that your body gets used to the change in schedule during the fasting month.

  • Consume Nutritious Food :

During iftar and suhoor, make sure to consume nutritious and balanced meals. Choose foods that contain complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber, and vitamins so that energy can be maintained throughout the day.

  • Avoid Excessive Food and Drink:

Although you may feel hungry when breaking your fast, avoid consuming excessive amounts of food and drinks. Consume a balanced portion of food to keep your body hydrated and healthy.

  • Light Exercise :

Even though you are fasting, stay active by doing light exercise such as walking or gymnastics. This can help maintain body fitness and increase energy.

  • Time Management:

Organize your time well for worship, work, and rest. Take advantage of the free time between acts of worship to rest for a while or do activities that refresh the mind.

  • Sharing with Others :

One important aspect of Ramadan is sharing with others. Apart from giving alms, sharing food with people in need can also increase the sense of togetherness and happiness.

  • Get Closer to Allah :

Use the month of Ramadan as a time to get closer to Allah. Apart from fasting, take the time to read the Quran, do dhikr, and pray to get strength and guidance from Him.

By applying the tips above, it is hoped that Muslims can undergo Ramadan fasting with khushu` and enthusiasm. May this holy month be a moment full of blessings for all Muslims around the world.
