UNISA Yogyakarta Holds Internal Quality Audit 2025: Sustaining Excellence and Realizing UNISA as an Impact Campus

Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta officially opened a series of Internal Quality Audit (AMI) activities in 2025 on Monday (30/6) with the theme “Strengthening Quality Culture in the Spirit of Progressive Islam: Nurturing Excellence and Realizing UNISA Yogyakarta as an Impact Campus.”

The opening ceremony was held offline in the meeting room of Siti Moendjiyah building and was attended by all structural leaders of UNISA Yogyakarta, including leaders of the rectorate, deans, heads of study programs, as well as heads of institutions, agencies, bureaus, and other work units.

The Rector of UNISA Yogyakarta, Dr. Warsiti, S.Kp., M.Kep., Sp.Mat., in the opening of AMI 2025, emphasized the importance of quality culture as the main foundation in the management of higher education. “This year’s AMI theme is very relevant to the university’s strategic policy direction. Caring for excellence means maintaining good quality in a sustainable manner, while realizing UNISA as an impactful campus invites us all to ensure that every program and policy really brings real benefits to the community,” he said.

Dr. Warsiti also added that the implementation of AMI is an important part of the internal monitoring and evaluation process to ensure that all academic and non-academic processes run according to established quality standards. “Quality culture must become our daily breath. In the spirit of progressive Islam, quality is not only an administrative measure, but also part of the mandate to provide the best service as a form of our usefulness to the people,” she added.

UNISA Yogyakarta’s Quality Assurance Agency, Dr. Asri Hidayat, M.Keb, presented the method and technical implementation of AMI in 2025. This session explained in detail the audit scheme, the division of auditors, the instruments used, and the stages of reporting the audit results.

This AMI activity aims to ensure the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system as well as a strategic step in supporting the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI) and increasing accreditation of institutions and study programs.

With the collaborative spirit of the entire academic community, UNISA Yogyakarta is committed to maintaining and improving quality in order to become a superior campus that has an impact on the wider community.
