This research is a collaboration between UNISA Yogyakarta, Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD), and Mulawarman University. The main focus of this research is the development of applications for health workers, especially midwives, in early detection of health risks in pregnant women. With this application, it is expected to improve the quality of maternal and child health services.

“This application is designed to assist midwives in analyzing health data of pregnant women more quickly and accurately,” said Dr. Dhesi Ari Astuti as the head of the catalyst research team. “In addition, this application will also provide follow-up recommendations in accordance with the condition of pregnant women.”

“This innovation is in line with the government’s efforts to improve the quality of maternal health services and reduce maternal mortality,” added Dr. Dhesi.

In the future, the research team plans to develop this application further by integrating it with wearable devices. Thus, midwives can monitor the health of pregnant women in real-time, even when the pregnant women are not in health facilities.

Mahasiswa unisa

In an atmosphere full of enthusiasm for the release of Real Work Lecture (KKN) students, the Rector of UNISA Yogyakarta, Dr. Warsiti, S.Kp., M.Kep., Sp.Mat inserted an important message related to the rise of online loans and online gambling in society. She invited the students who are ready to serve in the villages to participate as agents of financial literacy. Tuesday (07/30) at the Convention Hall of Walidah Dahlan Mosque, UNISA Yogyakarta integrated campus.

“On the one hand, you leave with a spirit of dedication to advance the village. On the other hand, many people, especially the younger generation, are trapped in a circle of debt due to online loans and online gambling. You can be a bridge to provide a proper understanding of financial management,” said Warsiti.

She added that even teachers and lecturers are involved in online loans “How miserable our teachers are,” she said.

On the other hand, Warsiti also directed her students to collaborate with various assemblies owned by Muhammadiyah and ‘Aisyiyah to succeed the programs made by the students.
Meanwhile, Caisar Mokodompit, a student of Management at UNISA Yogyakarta, agreed with the Rector’s statement, “This will be an interesting program, it can be a record for future work programs,” he said.

Caisar also revealed that when teachers, and the community are still in debt, even online gambling has penetrated young people, the first thing we should criticize is the government which indirectly fails to carry out its constitutional duties and needs to improve.
