Doctors from RSIJ Cempaka Putih who are also lecturers are expected to strengthen collaboration because they are in one Muhammadiyah organization.

Dr. Agus also mentioned that RSIJ Cempaka Putih has a training center that has been certified by the Ministry of Health, so that development programs such as Professional Credit Units (SKP) can be carried out more easily. He emphasized the importance of cooperation that is not only limited to internships, but also mutually beneficial joint development, as well as quality internships that must be paid for because students help the hospital’s operations.

During this cooperation visit, Ali Imron presented three main focuses:

Professional internship: UNISA Yogyakarta will send students who have graduated and have STRs for internships at RSIJ Cempaka Putih, with the best 10% from each batch selected. This program also supports RSIJ’s plan to recruit health workers from university partners. Professional teaching: UNISA Yogyakarta will collaborate with RSIJ in a clinical educator program to strengthen clinical education. Joint research: UNISA Yogyakarta has a Master of Midwifery program with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) excellence that can be developed with RSIJ. This research is expected to improve the acceleration and efficiency of health services.

During this visit, UNISA Yogyakarta also emphasized the importance of research collaboration to evaluate services and accelerate innovation at RSIJ Cempaka Putih. With close cooperation between academics and health practitioners, it is expected that hospital services will be optimized.
