Public Facilities

For three full days on September 6 – 8, 2024, UNISA KKN students and the youth of Dabag 1 Hamlet worked together to repaint the kamling post and village monument. Before the painting process, the surface to be painted was cleaned first for maximum results. Bright colors such as green, yellow, and white were chosen to give a cheerful and fresh impression to the public facilities.

In addition, UNISA KKN students also made new signs that are more informative and attractive. These signs are expected to help the residents of Dabag 1 Hamlet to more easily find important locations in the village.

Muhammad Afif Risky Pradana, as the head of the activity, expressed his appreciation to all parties who have supported the implementation of this work program.

“We hope that this activity can strengthen the relationship between KKN students and residents of Dabag 1 Hamlet, and increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining public facilities,” he said.

Akbar, Head of Dabag 1 Hamlet, welcomed the initiative of UNISA KKN students. “We are very grateful for the assistance of UNISA KKN students. Hopefully this activity can be an example for other young people to participate in building the village,” he said.
