Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta continues to improve its service quality and institutional image. One of the strategic steps taken is by holding a Protocol Training organized by the Bureau of Public Relations and Protocol (BHP) in the courtroom of Siti Moendjijah building, UNISA Yogyakarta Integrated Campus, Thursday (6/3/2025).

The event was attended by representatives from various bureaus, units, and study programs within UNISA Yogyakarta. Vice Rector IV of UNISA Yogyakarta, M. Ali Imron, M.Fis, in his speech emphasized the importance of protocol as a reflection of the face of the institution.

“The face of a country and institution is seen in how they treat their guests. UNISA Yogyakarta, which has earned the title of UNGGUL accreditation, must have excellent protocol standards,” said Imron.

UNISA Yogyakarta is well aware that protocol plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of various academic and institutional activities. Therefore, this training was held with the main objective of improving the competence of the UNISA Yogyakarta protocol team in organizing official events in accordance with applicable standards.

To provide quality material, UNISA Yogyakarta presented a competent resource person, Jack Haryanto from Gadjah Mada University (UGM). Jack Haryanto is no stranger to the world of protocol. He has a lot of experience in handling state guests and various official events, both at the national and international levels.

In his presentation, Jack Haryanto shared practical experience and in-depth insight into the principles and procedures of protocol. The participants enthusiastically listened and practiced every material presented, considering the importance of these skills in supporting their duties.
